Buying On LaceWRLD
You are protected every time you make a purchase on LaceWRLD
We offer a refund if the wig does not match the descriptions by the seller or never ships. All you have to do is notify us of a problem & return it within 3 days of receiving your item. All sales are final after the 3 days.
When you make a purchase on LaceWRLD, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, then send back the item with the return label that came in your package and we will refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
What Is Not Covered
If you install or use the wig or the wig does not fit
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. You can always re-list the item on LaceWRLD! Place make sure to ask the seller questions before you buy it
Trades and Offline Transactions
LaceWRLD does not cover trades or transactions completed off of the LaceWRLD platform. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the LaceWRLD platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions. Please handle all transactions on the LaceWRLD Platform.
Wash Wigs Before Installing
LaceWRLD is a platform of independent sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of wigs. We strongly recommend our seller wash wigs before sending them out to sell. We also strongly recommend that our buyers wash and treat wigs before installing.
